這張照片是在2014年於倫敦的溫布頓藝術學院拍攝。
當時的我正在準備畢業展的作品，其中一件作品的大小是120*360公分，所以我必須自己製作畫布。
那是我第一次、亦是唯一一次自己從裁切木條到繃畫布都自己來。
要使用學校的工作室跟資源，不是隨意想用就可以用，必須都先經過登記並且上過一堂使用教學的課才能使用。
由於對木材沒什麼興趣的我，一直到了學業快畢業才因爲這個原因而進去這個木造工作室。
在使用前，進出都要簽名，材料可以自己帶去或跟他們購買。你可以自由使用裡面的器具，做任何自己想做的作品。
他們一般是讓你自由製作，除非你有技術上的問題需要請教技術人員。也因此，我才能順利的完成兩個大木框。
做好後，把它們移駕到我畫畫的工作室，再請高大的巴西男同學（他的本名很有趣，叫耶穌）一起幫我繃畫布。
然後我在這一年，用了一個月的時間把我的「手術」畫在這兩張大畫布上，於畢業展展出。
當時也因老師的極度不公平，讓我們很多亞洲學生的作品擠在一個狹小的空間，這不是因為我們空間不夠，而是因為她個人的偏袒。
可惜的讓這件大作品只能展在樓梯間，這還是我到處奔波才爭取來的，當時還曾經怕老師不給展出而不爭氣的哭了。
很多時候，要感謝的人太多，這些人讓我在面對很多逆境時，可以忍痛咬牙的被扶持至浮出水面。
